Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please call our office at 620-232-1000. You can also request an appointment by sending us an e-mail in the Contact section.
Insurance
We accept a wide range of insurances. Please call the office to see if we can accommodate your plan.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient cancels or does not show up for a reserved appointment without sufficient notice.
Financial
All payment is due at the time that services are rendered. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or most major credit cards. We also offer several financing options for those who qualify.
We offer a standard 3 mo. no interest or 12 - 48 mo. low interest plans through CareCredit Financing.
